Contemporary Choral's 2025 Theatre Restaurant has been revealed as 'Mystery on the Orient Express'. Another star-studded cast will take the stage at Choral Hall in November for the Society's 3rd Theatre Restaurant spectacular.
Book your seat as we take you for a ride on the famous Orient Express! This very fast-paced show will transport you all on a theatrical journey following the same route as the famous train through France, Italy, Switzerland and Austria. From the moment you are seated, whether it be in First Class, Second Class, No Class or Baggage Class, you will roar with delight as the bumbling Holmes and very different Watson, Inspector Gadget and Miss Marples all try to solve the mystery on the train. Marvel at Garter Hari's intrigue and sing along with outrageous watiers and glamorous Can Can 'girls'.
Audiences will be encouraged to wear their fanciest 1920's attire and bring their 'passports' to board the train on the 1st and 2nd November.

Important Announcement.
The Toowoomba Choral Society has made the decision to postpone our planned 2024 major production until 2025.
Why the change?
Volunteers are the backbone of our productions and this year we have been unable to secure a full production team in a timeframe that would allow a quality show that offered a good experience to volunteers, cast and the audience.
Our musicals are a labour of love, but they also come with production costs. Staging “The Addams Family” this year without a core production team would have also exposed us to financial risk. We want to ensure a quality show without compromising our society’s current financial position.
What’s Next?
We intend to focus our efforts on our existing planned events for this year including the Youth Choir’s production of “Tarzan,” the TCS Choirs’ “Lux Aeterna” concert and Contemporary Chorale’s Theatre Restaurant.
